The 2022 Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Thursday 17^th November, 7pm. 

We need a quorum of 20 financial members for our meeting to go ahead.

General Business:

All general business wishing to be discussed at the Annual General Meeting must be emailed to admin@edenrugby.co.nz by Wednesday 16 November 5pm to be added to the agenda. 

AGM Reports:

The audited accounts and club reports from the chairman and the President will be uploaded to our website www.edenrugby.co.nz prior to the AGM. The Agenda and notice of officers will be uploaded to our website in due course.
