Always one for keeping fit, Premier player Blake Hill has been all over the BattleFit app that he set up with his mates last lockdown.  He has created a group called “Eden Champions”, which is a public group so anyone can jump on and follow them.  There will be workouts loaded in and it's a great way to stay connected.
